• Client Project Deliverables: All finalized applications, configured hardware systems, deployed firmware binaries, and completed engineering outputs are delivered for the client's commercial and operational use in accordance with the signed statement of work.
• Source Code & Native CAD Assets: Full transfer of raw source code, editable Onshape 3D CAD parametric models, and native hardware schematics is provided under designated Comprehensive/Full-Transfer tiers as specified in individual client proposals.
• Proprietary Frameworks & Work Product: TTS reserves proprietary rights in its pre-existing internal libraries, baseline toolchains, and foundational engineering methods, ensuring reliable long-term support while safeguarding custom client deliverables.

Mutual NDA Standard

Any proprietary technical data, Excel operational spreadsheets, manufacturing files, or network topologies shared with TTS during engineering consultations or contract execution are treated under strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) standards. We never sell, lease, or monetize client data under any circumstances.
